Fall

Here is a fun hairdo for Gymnastics!

Okay this is the only good from a fall fair the other day. The sun was right in her eyes!

Genesis is still in her horse phase and she said her horse named Jewelry Stallion needed a run yesterday so we took her to the park!!
Nice boots and gauchos and tank...it is almost 90 today, but still in the fall mood (boots). She had the cowgirl hat but that came off!

Stuff

I have been doing about 4 embroidery projects 3 are almost done and 1 is. No picture until I mount it.
Here is Genesis American Girl club meeting. We went to our town Historic Old Salem. An Old Moravian Village. Here she is with her Journal.

They played an old game, hide the ring. There were almost 20 girls.
We had home baked bread and homemade butter. Cold heavy whipping cream in an old mayo jar with one marble and shake it for 30 min or a bit more. Drain off the liquid salt to taste and enjoy!

Then on a nature walk to make leaf bouquets!

We also went to the fair last weekend!

I can't believe my BABY went on one of these rides!

What a PARTY!!

This was a fun Birthday Party at the local Children's Museum here in town!

Genesis favorite part was the 'grocery' store.

She is quite the shopper!

Then there were these cool vintage patterns. We are using this one right away. Genesis wants that white gown.

Here is Lyla, a doll I just finished and she needed a dress! We put that pink fabric to use right away! Genesis helped me and we hand stitched her a little dress!

Lyla's eyes look like sunglasses and her hair is wild (but soft). Genesis loves her Mommies first doll though!!

Fun stuff

We had a fun make a take day at Michael's craft store. American girl shirt and purse.

Then I made Sara and Genesis and Sophie (not pictured) matching jammies.
They are made in a soft white cotton knit with ballet slippers.

SIMPLICITY 4767 my favorite pheasant dress, jammies pattern.
I shirred Genesis for a softer fit.
