VBS
Wow we have been to 3 Vacation Bible School's so far and three more next week.
This one by far had the whistles and bells.
Look at how they decorated the church!
These are just a few of the scenes...
I spent a ton in gas $$$ going back and forth, but it was well worth it.
Genesis had a blast and is still singing the songs!
Yikes a bear!
And a turtle...
Mama had to get in on the fun. Don't mind the hair, it puffs when it is humid!

I had to add a border to my quilt top to fit the queen size bed a bit better!
Then I used a patchy pattern on the backing.

My quilt top is finished!

I am doing this quilt a long at Oldredbarn
My only dilemma for this is that my machine may not be heavy duty enough to quilt this baby. I have no idea what I will do.
I just am going to get my batting and piece together my backing.

A gift for my daughters pen pal
I won a giveaway and this is just one of the goodies of fabric that was in there. I whiped up this doll quilt top and just need to sew the square together. I am adding this to the oldredbarn quilt along! Thanks Hilary from Featherglen!
I think it is Moda american jane snippets paperdolls, my daughter is going to send this one to her pen pal.
