The American Girls are having a tea party.
We got this doll and she came with this book.

We made all of the little goodies from the book.

Cake, cookies, and pancakes.

We have also made a hopscotch and a crown.

Field Trip

We took a field trip to the local science museum.

EKE! Bad hair day...no really it is electricity!

Here is Genesis in her authentic African garb at the African display!

She had a baby tied to her in a wrap.

We met friends here and stayed all day. It is free once a month for us homeschoolers.

They had an outdoor exhibit with some animals!

She really wants to build her own Farm with a barn so she can have horses.

Trip

We went on a trip up North to visit family.

Now this is some snow!

My Mom fosters eldery from Senior Services and here we are with her two clients. Playing games and warming by the fire.

SNOW?!

We don't get much snow here in the south,

but this was beautiful!

I love how the snow stuck to the limbs of every tree and bush branches like this. This storm was at night and in the morning it was not so pretty.

We enjoyed the beauty and a little night walk around the neighborhood for a bit before bedtime.
